We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Assistant to join our commercial team. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth delivery of client campaigns, sales proposals, and conference participation. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 – Primary Responsibilities (Highest Impact on Sales Enablement and Revenue)
Support the creation of compelling, on-brand commercial proposals, sales presentations, and client-facing documentation for key accounts.
Compile high-quality pre- and post-conference intelligence reports, highlighting late-breaking trial data, sponsored content, and competitor activity.
Organise full travel logistics (flights, accommodation, transport) for internal staff and faculty attending major events and client meetings.
Manage press pass applications and credentialing for global medical conferences.
Maintain structured internal folders with proper version control and naming conventions to support efficient campaign delivery.
Optimise placement of commercial content across Radcliffe’s digital platforms (Arrhythmia Academy, Transcatheter Academy, and Radcliffe Cardiology) to enhance client visibility.
Tier 2 – Secondary Responsibilities (Supportive of Delivery and Client Satisfaction)
Track and compile sponsor deliverables and post-campaign reports, including performance metrics and screenshots.
Assist in the coordination and tracking of B2B marketing campaigns (email, banner, paid media) aligned with client timelines.
Support internal project management using tools like JIRA to keep deliverables on schedule.
Liaise across departments—editorial, design, marketing, and broadcast—to ensure timely, aligned delivery of client projects.
Organise and document internal project kick-off meetings, including minutes, responsibilities, and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a support role within a commercial, marketing, or media environment (ideally healthcare or B2B).
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA (or equivalent project management tools).
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
