Job Description - Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator

  • Location: Lutterworth
  • Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
  • Temp to Perm
  • Full Time
  • Office Based

The Role

Provide top-notch customer service and sales support. Handle quotes, orders, and customer queries while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via calls and emails.
  • Create and follow up on sales quotes to drive conversions.
  • Accurately process orders and resolve customer queries.
  • Record sales activity and track performance.
  • Support branch operations and national account quotes.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues quickly.
  • Motivated, with a drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Must have a valid driving license and transport.
