Sales Administrator

Location: Ripley, Derbyshire

Job Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover) - Potential for Permanent Position

Are you an organised and customer-focused individual with a knack for multitasking? We are currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join their friendly team in Ripley. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Accurately inputting sales orders into our system
• Handling incoming telephone queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Providing updates and support to customers regarding their orders
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintaining clear and accurate records

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident telephone manner and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
