We are working with a respected motor group based in Essex, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team.

Preparing invoices and processing vehicle orders
Bringing vehicles into stock and managing records
Scanning and maintaining accurate documentation
Preparing customer files and contracts
Liaising with Sales Consultants and other departments
Handling internal and external calls and enquiries
Using Microsoft Office and dealership systems for data processing
Performing general administrative and ad -hoc tasks as required by management
£28,000 OTE
