Job Title: Sales Administrator
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Operations Manager
Location: Verwood
Salary Range: £25,000 - £26,500 per annum (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Working within the sales administration team to execute general administrative duties, encompassing:
Processing of certifications
Data uploading
Order processing
Machine allocation
Provision of informational support to the external sales team.
Dissemination of machine delivery information to dealers and customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in communication, organizational tasks, and fundamental IT skills.
Exceptional telephone etiquette.
Prior experience in general administration.
Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative.
Familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Capacity to integrate effectively within a collaborative, personable, and results-oriented team environment.
Exemplification of integrity, hard work, and effective communication skills both internally and externally.
