* Coordinating schedules for sales and installation teams, including customer appointments, bathroom installations, annual leave and cover.
* Building strong relationships with customers from their first enquiry through to post-installation satisfaction.
* Managing showroom reporting and administration
* Keeping contracts, compliance and documentation up to date for customers and subcontractors.
* Taking ownership of stock control, including pricing, quoting, customer orders, supplier liaison, returns, exchanges, inventory management and stock takes.
* Validating customer quotations to ensure accuracy.
* Monitoring showroom finances and providing daily, weekly and monthly performance updates.
* Supporting Health & Safety and security compliance, ensuring processes are communicated and properly evidenced.
* Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
* Ensuring the showroom is always presented to a premium standard.
* Working closely with the Branch Sales Manager to support the success and growth of the business.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and commercially minded, with the confidence to take ownership and make things happen.
You’ll ideally have:
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
* Confident and adaptable communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently without losing sight of the bigger picture.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* A professional, customer-focused approach.
* The ability to spot problems, find solutions and keep things moving.
* A genuine pride in maintaining high standards.
