Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Devizes (Office Based)
Pay Rate: £18.04p/h
Type: Temporary FTC (12 months)
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Office Administrator to join our clients busy Sales Office in Devizes on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll play an important role in managing customer sales orders from receipt through to production, helping to ensure customers receive an excellent service.

What you'll be doing

Processing customer purchase orders, schedules and invoices
Speaking with customers regarding order progress and general enquiries
Entering and maintaining sales orders and quotations
Raising and progressing works orders
Working closely with Production, Technical, Quality and Despatch teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Maintaining customer drawings within SharePoint
General office administration including filing and scanningAs part of a small team, you'll also be happy to support colleagues and provide cover across the department when needed.

What we're looking for

Previous administration or office experience
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage, but full training can be provided
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, grades 4-9 (A*-C), are desirableThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administration role where accuracy, organisation and customer service are equally important
