An experienced Sales Administrator is needed to join the team at this leading distributor of a comprehensive range of packaging consumables based in Hampshire on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Interact with their customers in an approachable, welcoming/friendly manner, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about the company's products and services To work alongside and support the Key Accounts Managers to process sales orders and quotations (where required) in a timely manner by dealing directly with customers, either by telephone or electronically Handling of day-to-day sales administration tasks, including sample requests, account maintenance, etc. (as required) Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand lead-generation strategies and sources Work closely with the sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads, providing necessary information and support Analyse lead data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement in the lead conversion process Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall conversion rate of leads Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and process improvements to the sales team Maximising profit contribution of the business by achieving sales targets Solve any problems that customers experience in the order process to ensure smooth after-sales service To work as a team, supporting your coworkers when and if required Required Experience: Proven experience in project administration, lead management and capture Confident and communicative with a strong ability to work as a team Previous B2B Sales experience is desirable, ideally within a Telesales/internal role Strong communication skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Resilience and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Sounds interesting?
