Agenda Partnership are delighted to be working on a Sales Administrator role to join a team of sales administrators who work extremely hard with ensuring all customer orders are received, entered correctly and communicating with customers via telephone and via email.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries
• Ensuring that agreed delivery dates to customers are maintained
• Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
• Process quotation to the customer
• Manage daily distribution
• Stock Control and transfer
• Daily communication to their warehouse

Skills and experience required:

• Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral
• Good team worker and collaborator
• Able to work both independently
• Ability to tight deadlines
• Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail
• 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Hold a full driving licence
