Sales Administrator

Hours: 20 - 30 hours per week ( flexible)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Review and input all customer orders onto production systems,
Liaison with production team with updates and amendments,
Record and relay production feedback and updates to customers,
Manage order tracking systems and provide updates reports to management.

Experience:

Must have previous administrative experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new software.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Must have good problem solving and resolution skills,
Must work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Salary: £13 - 15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
