Job Description - Sales Administrator

We have an exciting work opportunity in Morecambe initially for a maternity cover with a possibility of extending and being offered a contract after successful trial period on a permanent basis.
The job role is a sales administration to support sales office, full time onsite working hours Monday to Thursday 8am

5pm with an early finish on Fridays at 3:45pm.
Hourly rate £11.44
Role will involve duties such as:

- Booking shipments

- Processing orders per company guidelines

- Producing and collating shipment documents

- Answering customer queries relating shipments (online)
Skills we are looking for are:

- Accurate data entry

- Proven some experience in SAGE

- IT Skills

- Punctual and good time management

- Open to learn
