Description
Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stationary orders
- Assist the transport team with vehicle organization and logistics coordination
- Input and process sales orders, producing relevant labels and delivery notes
- Support purchasing of non-standard stock items
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels
- Handle invoicing, scanning, and electronic filing of sales orders and related documents
- Monitor shared sales email inbox and address customer queries
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Fulfill any reasonable requests from the line manager
Profile
Sales Administrator - Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
