Job Description - Sales Administrator Entry level 12 month FTC

Job Title: Sales Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Brockworth
Full-Time (8:30am – 5:00pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch) or Part-Time (9:00am – 3:00pm)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join a business in the manufacturing industry working in a vital support role focused on sales order processing and customer service. This is a highly structured position that requires accuracy, focus, and a steady hand to manage a high volume of customer orders and internal coordination—ideal for someone who thrives on routine, precision, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing for high-volume accounts
  • Customer Service for manufacturing clients – managing queries and updates
  • Account Management – handling regular orders and amendments
  • New Customer Setup in internal systems
  • Component Ordering from the factory using Sage 50 – accuracy is critical
  • Delivery Coordination – confirming timelines and managing expectations
  • Phone Support – answering and directing customer calls
  • Basic Quoting – with training provided
  • Warehouse Liaison – ensuring dispatch accuracy and resolving issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured processes
  • Ability to stay focused and manage multiple small tasks efficiently
  • Experience with Sage 50 (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
