Sales Administrator - Estate Agency

A leading London estate agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator to join its busy and friendly sales team.

This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, managing office administration, coordinating appointments, and providing executive support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales administration and team support

* Preparing sales documentation and marketing materials

* Booking appointments and managing diaries

* Conducting AML checks

* HR administration and onboarding support

* Handling client enquiries and office communications

* Organising company events and office operations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Office Manager or Sales Administrator role

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

* Strong attention to detail and communication skills

* Confident using spreadsheets and administrative systems

* HR experience beneficial but not essential

Salary & Benefits:

* Up to £35,000

* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

* Additional Christmas closure leave

* Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm - fully office based

* Central London location
