Our Sales team based in Woking, North West Surrey is on the lookout for a Sales Administrator - 6 month FTC to be based in the Woking Office Mon - Friday to support our Sales Team.

The Sales & Rentals Administrator will be responsible for Sales Admin whilst also assisting the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Consultants from the instruction of a new property to supporting the sales process. You will support the Regional delivery of RVG’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Journey objectives by delivering a comprehensive range of administrative tasks

Main Responsibilities

  • Works with Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager to understand RVG’s sales and rental strategy and plan and applies this knowledge to delivering an excellent sales and rental renewal administration service for their region.
  • Provide Sales Consultants, onsite Community teams and appointed estate agents with all the required information to quickly & efficiently market vacant properties
  • Monitor and distribute any enquiries that come through the sales in box to relevant colleague to deal with.
  • Sending out brochure packs in line with ARCO compliance to prospects
  • Take lead responsibility to ensure Regional data on CRM is accurate including upload and updating of property files to include property attributes, fees and costs, service charge, council tax and assignment fees
  • Sales administration including but not limited to: producing valuation letters,  instructions to market paperwork, anti-money laundering compliance checks, price reductions, offer letters, memo of sale, letters of exchange
  • Ensuring PMX – property and finance tool –  is updated upon property completion – including decommissioning lease and adding new lease.
  • Supporting Sales Consultants with Open Day preparation to include mail outs, printing brochures to match price lists, FIs, key facts, FAQs

Requirements

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT literate (MS Office Suite) with experience of using databases (CRM) for data entry, tracking status and reporting
  • Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written communication
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit – ability to self-start and act on own initiative, proactively managing competing demands and pressures whilst being able to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Plans and prioritises work to meet commitments aligned with RV business goals
