In this office-based role you will be responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, preparing import and export documents, and dealing with couriers to streamline the process for both the UK and USA sites. This will be within a close-knit team of 7, offering ongoing support through shadowing and an ongoing training plan.

The Role:

Order processing, dealing with import and export with training given
Advising on products via phone and email
Dealing with global customers, supporting the USA office
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm, office based (no hybrid working)
