You will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, purchasing stock items, liaising with other departments and suppliers to coordinate product availability and deliveries, and utilising your in-depth product knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.

This role would suit a Sales Administrator from a Trade Counter background, looking to join a stable, well-established company with great staff retention.

The role:

• Processing customer orders, forms and applications
• Maintaining customer relationships and answering enquiries
• Coordinating deliveries and stock availability
• Working closely with Business Development Manager

The person:

• Sales Administration / Sales Coordinator experience
• Trade Counter background
