About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator/Order Processor to join a thriving company based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a driven individual who is ready to support the company’s growth. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, working as a Sales Administrator/order processor.

Key Responsibilities:

 Following up on outstanding quotes via telephone
 Producing quotations for customers and sending these via email
 Liaising with customers face to face
 Understanding guttering, trims, soffit and fascia products
 Undertake training on our products
 Contribute to a fast-paced and driven team environment
 Logging details on our CRM
 Understanding the customer journey from start to finish

Essential Skills & Experience:

 Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of numerical, analytical, and planning abilities
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Reliable with an outgoing personality
 Able to multitask with great attention to detail
 Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting, as part of a team but also on own initiative.

Desirable Skills & Experience

 Knowledge of window designer, door or construction software, however full training and support will be given

Based in Office Working Monday-Friday 8-5
