Sales Administrators

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established distribution company based in Wolverhampton that is looking to add a proactive and organised Administrator to its busy team.

This is a varied role that would suit a confident, enthusiastic individual who can quickly learn new processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Allocating and coordinating despatch activities.

Processing stock movements and entering stock information accurately onto the system.

Arranging and managing stock despatches.

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.

Providing customers with stock availability and order updates.

Managing and responding to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is updated correctly.

Key Skills 

Previous administration experience, ideally within a distribution, logistics, warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Excellent Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and data.

Experience using Sage would be advantageous but is not essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team.

Reliable, professional and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
