Description

As a Sales Advisor you will be dealing with incoming phone calls coming into the business from potential new customers who are interested in learning more about what services the business offers.

You will be using your excellent questioning techniques to find out what is really important to the customer and then putting together the right package to best benefit the client.

This is a sales through service role no cold calling involved.

The role will also be dealing with existing customers that might be looking to cancel you will be looking at ways to resolve this and retain them as a member.

You will handle a range of enquiries providing the best support and guidance and ensure the highest level of experience is provided at all times.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Passionate about helping and supporting customers

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work in a busy environment and towards targets

Driven and dedicated to customer services

An excellent team player
