Job Description - Sales Advisor

Join a Leading Insurance Company | Hybrid Working | Monday–Friday
OTE £35,000–£40,000 | Uncapped Commission | Full Training & Career Progression

No Cold Calling – Warm Leads Only

Looking to launch or grow your career in sales? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading insurance provider in Tunbridge Wells, offering hybrid working, full training, and genuine progression opportunities – all while working Monday to Friday.

The Role:
As a New Business Sales Adviser, you’ll handle inbound and warm leads, providing expert advice on a range of insurance products from top UK providers. You’ll work in a dynamic, professional environment where your success is recognised and well-rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and converting warm leads – no cold calling
  • Researching options and preparing tailored quotes
  • Providing clear, compliant advice over phone and email
  • Keeping accurate CRM and client records
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have:
  • Confident and engaging telephone manner
  • Highly organised with strong admin skills
  • Driven, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Eager to learn and grow
Nice-to-Have:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with insurance products (not essential)
Salary & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: £25,480
  • Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£40,000 (realistic and achievable)
  • Top earners regularly take home £3,000+ per month in commission
  • Uncapped, performance-based commission structure
Hours & Perks:
  • Monday to Friday | 9:30am–5:30pm (no weekends)
  • Hybrid working after 6 months (2 days WFH)
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 27) + bank holidays
