Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant at ProCook!

Are you passionate about cooking and eager to share your knowledge with others? ProCook is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

This is a part-time 12hrs/week position based in our Store in Edinburgh.

Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist customers in their shopping journey.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our wide range of kitchenware and cookware products.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in product training and stay informed about new items.
• Help with stock replenishment and inventory management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using technology and familiar with point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to key-holder responsibilities.
