Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook!

Are you a food enthusiast with a passion for cooking? ProCook is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our store in Bracknell!

In this role, you'll engage with customers, offering expert advice on our vast selection of quality kitchenware and cookware. Your goal will be to create a welcoming shopping experience that leaves customers excited about their culinary adventures.

This is a 26 hrs/week part-time position

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

• Welcome customers into the store and provide outstanding service.
• Assist customers in product selection and cater to their culinary needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their features.
• Process transactions and manage the cash register.
• Organise store displays and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine passion for cooking and food.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills for POS system usage.
