Do you have a passion for cooking and all things kitchen-related? ProCook is searching for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in our Truro Store! As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service while helping customers find the perfect kitchen essentials for their needs.

This is a part-time 12hrs/week position!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, providing assistance and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate and promote our extensive range of kitchenware and cookware.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer interactions and upselling.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Handle transactions efficiently while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and helpful shopping environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• A passion for cooking and kitchen products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
