Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, fast-paced business who, due to continued growth, are looking for a Sales Advisor.

As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting customers through their entire buying journey-offering expert advice, building strong relationships, and delivering a seamless service from first enquiry to after-sales support.

Description of the role:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.
• Respond to incoming sales calls and emails with confidence and clarity.
• Create quotations, process payments, and arrange timely deliveries.
• Provide aftersales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Offer product and technical advice, while showcasing your flair for interiors
• Keep CRM systems up to date with client details and daily activity.
• Coordinate sample dispatches

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a hands-on attitude
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
