Office-Based | Full-Time

£25,000 per annum + Commission (OTE £30k+)

We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our cleints growing team. If you’re confident on the phone, great at building relationships, and motivated by targets, this is your chance to join a business where your work leads to repeat customers and consistent commissions.

• Making calls to potential customers

• Getting past gatekeepers and speaking with decision-makers.

• Booking qualified appointments for the field sales team.

• Gathering energy key information

• Building long-term relationships – this is more than just transactional sales.

• Managing accounts and generating repeat business.

• Base salary of £25,000 per year.

• Realistic OTE of £30k+, with some team members earning £1,500+ in monthly commission.

• A 2-day induction followed by ongoing support and product training.
