Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managed the end-to-end customer buying experience, from initial enquiry through to booking vehicle handover.

• Building strong relationships with customers, advising on best options and delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

• Handled customer enquiries via online platforms and telephone, enthusiastic, swift responses to customers understanding their unique

• Greeted customers on the showroom floor, provided detailed information, and conducted vehicle test drives.

• Discussed and explained financing options, including Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), tailored to customer needs.

• Presented and sold value-added products such as extended warranties and paint protection packages through strong rapport building skills and recommendations
