Salary £25,185Uncapped Commission (OTE £40K)

Operating Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid Role: Available after 4 weeks of training

• Proactively contact customers who are on out of contract rates to discuss contractual options.
• Negotiate contract terms with customers, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract renewal activities in our CRM system.
• Actively promote and lead generate for the additional services provided
• Address any customer concerns or questions regarding the contracting process, providing clear and helpful information.
