Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor!

📍 Location: Egham, Surrey 🕒 Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 💰 Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year

Are you a dynamic, proactive individual with a passion for sales and a knack for thinking outside the box? We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to help drive our motorcycle sales department forward. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires adaptability, creativity, and a strong customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

📈 Sales & Revenue

• Achieve set KPIs and contribute to exceeding revenue targets


• Drive and manage sales across multiple platforms


• Facilitate viewings and support day-to-day operations


• Generate new revenue opportunities


• Invoice all sold motorbikes and chase payments

🛠️ Operations & Administration

• Manage listings and advertisements


• Handle payments and assist with audits


• Sort incoming and outgoing post


• Communicate with customers regarding outgoing post for sold bikes


• Scan and allocate documents to the system, ensuring correct distribution


• File and manage document packs for each bike


• Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required

🔑 Key Handling & Facilities

• Act as a key holder


• Allocate and cross-reference keys for bike sales

🤝 Interdepartmental Collaboration

• Support and collaborate with colleagues across departments


• Assist with interdepartmental staffing needs

📞 Customer Service & Communication

• Deliver exceptional customer service


• Respond to customer correspondence and resolve queries


• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal

📋 Workload Management

• Manage your tasks and responsibilities efficiently


• Stay organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
