Sales Advisor

WE talent are proud to be supporting our client in Braintree who are seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join their team!

The Outbound Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for calling the existing customers to identify any current or future needs they may have, which requires an individual who can develop rapport quickly and is not afraid to pick up the phone.

The role pays a basic salary of £25,500k and there is uncapped commission with an estimated on target earnings to be £35k+ per year easily achievable!

This is a full-time permanent position, covering Monday to Friday week between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm.

This role is based out of Braintree site.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue by selling appropriately, ensuring customers receive the right items to minimise returns.
• Engage with customers on inbound and outbound calls
• Meet and exceed sales targets, listening and questioning the customer to identify further opportunities to upsell items.
• Build rapport with customers, even in complex situations, and maintain the brand’s reputation.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the wider team when required to enhance the overall service.
• Handle customer sales politely and courteously, ensuring compliance with call requirements on every interaction.
• Maximising cross-sell and upsell opportunities on each call.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems and software
• Previous experience within a sales-based environment, either over the phone or face-to-face.
• Excellent communication skills - this role requires someone who is compassionate, a good listener, and a problem solver.

Desirable:

• Experience in a call centre / retail environment
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
