Must Have's:

• Some experience in sales or a customer?focused role (around 6 months or more)
• A strong interest in developing your career in a sales environment
• Confident communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Nice to Have's:

• Cert CII qualification or an interest in working towards it
• Previous exposure to insurance or property related sectors

So, What Will You Be Doing?

• Converting new business enquiries and supporting clients throughout the process
• Building strong relationships with insurers, introducers, and internal teams
• Working towards individual and team targets for income, conversions, and leads
• Listening to client needs and helping find the right solutions
• Negotiating and influencing effectively with support from your team
• Following up on documentation and keeping records accurate and up to date
