Job Description: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and features.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in visual merchandising and store displays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
