About the Role:
As a Sales Advisor at our Livingston Store, you will provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will guide shoppers through their culinary choices, making their shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. This role requires a blend of product knowledge, effective communication, and a genuine love for helping others.

This is a part-time 8hrs/week position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer buying decisions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
• Participate in stock management and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
