In this role, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, sharing your love for our high-quality kitchen products and helping to create memorable shopping experiences.

We are looking for 2 part-time positions - 1x18hrs/week and 1x12hrs/week to work in our Lakeside Store.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect kitchenware and provide them with expert advice to enhance their cooking experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly, offering assistance as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain the store's visual appeal and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Process transactions and manage customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.

• Strong passion for customer service and kitchenware.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
