ProCook, the leading provider of high-quality kitchenware and cookware, is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team. If you love cooking and thrive in a retail environment, this could be the perfect job for you!

This is a part-time 9hrs/week position in our Swindon Store

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of ProCook, assisting customers and helping them find the perfect kitchenware solutions for their culinary needs. Your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, sharing your product knowledge, and ensuring the store is well-presented.

Daily Activities Include:

• Welcoming customers into the store with a cheerful and friendly attitude.
• Understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable products.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Requirements:

• A passion for cooking, kitchenware, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and also independently.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
