Our client a leading specialist in bespoke fitted furniture based in Belfast is searching for a hybrid sales Advisor for their established growing business

This is a fantastic opportunity as a sale advisor to join a leading brand, selling bespoke fitted furniture directly to customers in their homes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full sales cycle from initial consultation to final design
• Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs and build trust
• Turning warm leads into sales through a consultative, solution-focused approach
• Using visuals and design tools to bring ideas to life
• Managing your own pipeline and schedule flexibility & autonomy
• Working towards (and exceeding) personal sales targets

What we are Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in face-to-face or consultative, sale advisor roles
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
