Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook!

At ProCook, we celebrate the art of cooking and the joy it brings to our lives. As a dedicated Sales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in connecting our customers with high-quality kitchenware and helping them create memorable culinary experiences.

Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and supporting sales efforts in our store.

This is a part-time 12hrs/week role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and desires.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

What We Look For:

• Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Passion for kitchenware and cooking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
• Comfortable with using technology and point-of-sale systems.
