Position Overview:

As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping clients find the perfect products for their culinary pursuits. Your enthusiasm and knowledge of kitchenware will be key in building relationships with customers and driving sales.

This is a part-time 16hrs/week position, based in our Solihull Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
