Are you a kitchenware enthusiast with a passion for helping others create delicious meals? ProCook is on the lookout for a number of part time Sales Advisors to join our new store due to open in The Beacon Centre, Eastbourne in September !

We have opportunities for 20hrs, 16hrs, and 12hrs contracts based in our upcoming store in Whitefriars Shopping Centre Canterbury.

About the Role:
As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play a key role in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Whether they are seeking the latest culinary gadgets or essential kitchen staples, you'll be the go-to expert to guide them on their journey.

Your Daily Duties:

• Welcome and assist customers, helping them find the perfect products for their needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide product recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries and returns.
• Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
