Sales Advisor - Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Macildowie are supporting a reputable and people-focused organisation in Lincoln who are seeking to appoint a Sales Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. This position offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 together with long-term career development opportunities.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be central to creating a positive customer journey, helping individuals make informed choices while delivering outstanding service. You will be expected to take ownership of enquiries, build strong rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide tailored advice and support, ensuring customers' needs are fully understood

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area including amenities, schools and transport links

• Convert enquiries into appointments and successful outcomes

• Present products clearly and persuasively, closing sales effectively

• Consistently achieve targets and contribute to the success of the team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable background in sales within a service-led environment

• Confident communicator with strong listening and negotiation skills

• Commercially minded and aware of competitor activity

• Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven

• Proficient with IT systems and able to work independently

• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as required

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Right to work in the UK (permanently) - unfortunately this time round our client is not able to sponsor candidates
