As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your enthusiasm for kitchenware and your commitment to customer service will help guide shoppers as they discover the perfect products to enhance their culinary adventures.

Your Recipe for Success:

In this role, your energy and product knowledge will be the key ingredients as you engage with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

A Typical Day at Work:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and assist them in finding products that match their needs.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service and product recommendations.
• Maintain well-stocked, appealing product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and enhance the overall store experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Motivated by achieving sales targets.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility throughout the week and weekend is vital, as you will be trained to open and close the store.
