Are you passionate about cooking and enjoy helping others? ProCook is seeking dedicated Sales Advisors to be part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide expert assistance to customers, guiding them to find the best kitchen products to suit their needs.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, showcasing our extensive range of kitchenware, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will contribute to driving sales and delighting customers.

This is a part-time 12hrs/week position in our Cheshire store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
• Provide detailed knowledge about our products and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and manage returns with professionalism.
• Maintain store standards by keeping displays and stock organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Engage customers with demonstrations and culinary tips.

Everyday Tasks:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home.
• Encourage customers to explore our product range.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure the store is tidy and visually appealing.
• Collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable with technology and use of POS systems.
