Sales Advisor

We’re firing up something exciting in Plymouth – and we’re looking for passionate Sales Advisors to help us serve up the ultimate kitchenware experience at our brand-new ProCook Store in the Drake Circus Shopping Centre.

Whether you're a star baker, a saucepans connoisseur, or simply love helping customers find the right tools to cook up a storm, we want to hear from you.

We're recruiting:

• 1 x 20-hour contract
• 2 x 16-hour contracts
• 1 x 14-hour contracts

⏰ What the hours could look like
Shifts are spread across core trading times, e.g.:

• 14-hour contract: Monday & Saturday (7 hours each),
• 16-hour contract: Sunday & Friday,
• 20-hour contract: Split over 3 days.

However, flexibility is key — especially in our first few months of opening. We're a tight team, and during peak weekends, launches, and promotional events, we’ll all roll up our sleeves and jump in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional service with warmth, personality, and expert kitchenware advice.
• Demonstrating product knowledge — from the sharpest knives to the slickest non-stick pans.
• Driving sales and creating inspiring in-store experiences.
• Maintaining high visual standards and a beautifully merchandised store.
• Supporting the store team during busy trading and launch events.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Retail experience is great, but a passion for cooking and kitchenware is even better.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.
• Someone who can work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and help during busy periods.
• A cheerful demeanor with the ability to engage with customers and provide guidance on our products.
