Are you a kitchen enthusiast eager to help others find the best cooking tools and gadgets? ProCook is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, guiding them to find the perfect products that meet their culinary needs.

Your Role Includes:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting products.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our kitchenware range.
• Processing sales transactions and managing customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a part-time 10hrs/week position based in our Bridgend Store.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proven experience in sales is required.
• A genuine interest in kitchenware and cooking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various hours to meet store needs.
