Are you a culinary enthusiast with a knack for customer service? ProCook is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to share your love for all things kitchen-related while helping customers find the perfect products to enhance their cooking experiences.

This role is a part time permanent role for 12 hours per week

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through our extensive range of high-quality kitchenware and cookware. Your expertise and passion for our products will create meaningful connections and a delightful shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and achieve store performance goals.
• Help maintain a visually appealing store by organizing displays and merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support team members in helping with general operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• A passion for kitchenware, cooking, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and point of sale systems.
