Job Description - Sales Advisor

The Meraki Organisation welcomes applications for the position of Sales Advisor. This essential role sits within our dynamic sales team, and the successful candidate will be key in delivering the exceptional customer service that is integral to our organisation's ethos.

We are looking for an ambitious and committed individual who can provide excellent customer care while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service.
    • Using comprehensive product knowledge to advise and guide customers, providing relevant information to help them make optimal purchasing decisions.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide ongoing support
    • Meeting individual and team sales targets.
    • Partnering effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a consistent, high-quality service delivery.
    • Handling customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

    • At least two years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
