Role

* Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
* Negotiate effectively to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Manage your time efficiently to prioritise tasks, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals
* Maintain organised records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Candidate
* Proven experience and ability within a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Previous experience within the Property sector desirable however, not essentail.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Valid driving license for travel between client sites or stores as needed.
* Knowledge of IT systems, CRM tools, and basic organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Full Driving Licence and own car essential.
Package
* Basic salary to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
* Attractive on target earnings £50,000 - £60,000) which are very achievable.
