Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Salary: £27,150.03 per annum + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
No weekends!

Looking for a sales role where you can build relationships, develop your skills and be part of a growing business?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced team where no two days are the same!

No previous recycling industry experience? No problem! Full training will be provided.

What will you be doing?

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

* Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.

* Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities.

* Proactively contacting customers to identify opportunities to upsell and generate new business.

* Supporting outbound sales campaigns and promotional activities.

* Processing customer orders and coordinating collection arrangements.

* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

* Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems.

* Working towards sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

What are we looking for?

* A minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service, sales support or administration.

* A confident and friendly telephone manner.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A proactive approach to sales and identifying new opportunities.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

* The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

* A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.

Previous experience within recycling or waste management would be advantageous but is not essential.
