Job Description:

As part of the retail sales team, you’ll be based within one of our stores in Edinburgh. You will be able to provide excellent service, meet sales targets, and help customers find their perfect bed and mattress.

Responsibilities:

Complete customer orders through our tablets and process finance applications
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Implement in-store promotions and displays
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Keep abreast of competitor promotions and product offerings
Meet individual sales targets
Maintain outstanding store condition through general housekeeping, cleaning, and moving displays when needed
Deal with customer complaints in an efficient manner to maintain brand reputation
Additional duties as needed

Requirements and Skills:

Retail sales experience or experience in a customer-focused sales environment
Experience in delivering great customer service
Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
Engaging, positive, and friendly personality
Problem-solving skills
Experience in working towards and achieving sales targets
Comfortable using the latest technology

Salary:

£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year OTE
