Sales Assistant / Delivery Driver - Northampton - Plumb Centre

As a Sales Assistant / Delivery Driver based in Northampton you’ll be responsible for:  

• Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area.

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with over-the-counter sales.

• Loading and unloading deliveries, including manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets, and sinks.

• Supporting warehouse operations including unloading stock, picking and packing orders, conducting stock checks, and maintaining a tidy work environment

This is a full time 40hr working week

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Collaborative team player, willing to support warehouse operations to ensure smooth branch performance

• Proactive and eager to learn, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Proficient in computer skills
